An hour and a half designed to be educational, candid, and practical — here is how the evening unfolds.
The Milton Angel Group is forming in Milton, Georgia — a private circle of accomplished individuals who learn how early-stage technology investing works, then invest in it together.
Led by Tuff Yen, a career venture capitalist, the group studies how professional investors source deals, conduct due diligence, structure investments, and build diversified portfolios — and puts that knowledge to work. The first gathering is a free educational seminar, with more to follow.
Learn from two decades of hands-on venture capital — not from a textbook.
Connect with accomplished professionals and entrepreneurs in the Milton community.
See the same kinds of opportunities institutional investors evaluate — with guidance on how to assess them.
A curriculum built on the real-world frameworks professional investors rely on.
Early-stage technology investing has produced some of the greatest wealth-creation events in modern history — yet most people never learn how it actually works.
Learn how professional investors find high-quality startup opportunities and quickly identify which ones are worth pursuing — and which to pass on.
Understand how to evaluate a founding team, assess market potential, analyze financials, and investigate risks before writing a check.
Discover why diversification is the key to angel investing success and how to build a portfolio that maximizes your chances of outsized returns.
See how the math works — why venture capital investing, done right, should be part of every qualified investor's portfolio for long-term wealth building.
In venture, most startups return little — and a rare few return everything. That is why diversification is the heart of portfolio strategy: enough quality shots to catch the outlier.
